With our patient portal, you can:

View and download your reports from the last three years.
Share results with your care team.
View and manage your upcoming and previous appointments within the past 30 days.
Complete required forms in advance of your appointments.
Upload and update your insurance card information.
View, add, and remove authorized users who are able to access your Patient Portal.

How do I access the patient portal?

To be able to access the patient portal, you MUST have an email on file with us already. If you do not have an email on file with us, please fill out this form: https://madisonradiology.com/request-access

Visit the link above.
Click on "create account".
Fill out the requested personal information, create a username and password, then click register.
Check your email for a confirmation message from [email protected] and click on "activate account".

After activating your account, you can see your dashboard after logging in.

Age 45: Black Men & Men with a Family History of Prostate Cancer
Age 50: All other Men

If your PSA is elevated, your doctor may order a Prostate MRI. These exams are performed at Guilford Radiology.

MRI is the only imaging exam that can screen for prostate cancer.
Prostate MRI is non-invasive, safe and painless test.
Most insurance companies will cover a prostate MRI, check with your provider for plan covrage.
Although many men have normal exams and don't need a biopsy, if the MRI shows a suspicious area, that area can be directly biopsied.
