You can now access your Madison Radiology imaging reports through our new online patient portal. Our patient portal allows you to easily access your imaging results anytime, anywhere.

With our patient portal, you can:

  • View and download your reports from the last three years.
  • Share results with your care team.
  • View and manage your upcoming and previous appointments within the past 30 days.
  • Complete required forms in advance of your appointments.
  • Upload and update your insurance card information.
  • View, add, and remove authorized users who are able to access your Patient Portal.

How do I access the patient portal?

To be able to access the patient portal, you MUST have an email on file with us already. If you do not have an email on file with us, please fill out this form: https://guilfordradiology.com/request-access

  1. Visit the link above.
  2. Click on "create account".
  3. Fill out the requested personal information, create a username and password, then click register.
  4. Check your email for a confirmation message from [email protected] and click on "activate account".

After activating your account, you can see your dashboard after logging in.

Nancy Rini, M.D. completed her undergraduate degree at SUNY HSC at Stony Brook in NY and continued at SUNY HSC in Brooklyn for her MD graduating Alpha Omega Alpha.  Dr. Rini completed her internship in Pediatrics, her Residency in Radiology as Chief Resident at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver.  She continued for her Fellowship in Body Imaging at Northwestern University/McGaw Medical Center in Chicago.

Dr. Rini serves as the Radiology Chair for RAM at Middlesex Health.   She is also the MRI Section Chair at Middlesex Health, is MRMD, certified by American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety, MRMD (MRSCtm) and a Certified Clinical Densitometrist (CCD) with the International Society of Clinical Densitometry. 

Additionally, she holds membership with the Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, and the American Association of Women Radiologists. 

She has received certifications from the American Board of Radiology and USMLE. MRI Medical Director. 

When Dr Rini is not working, she enjoys spending time with her familiy and time at Mystic on her boat.
